Dear Jameson,
Major-General Sir Percival Wilkinson, who is
Secretary-General of St. John's Ambulance Society in
London, has been here with regard to the detachment
have been of St. John's Ambulance people whom it is proposed

the head of the St. John's organisation in Hongkong
to the effect that the Governor objects to the
